A high-achieving seventh-grade student, selected as a talented student at the Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Giftedness, and chosen for the “My Talent” programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Department of Culture and Tourism. She has received numerous awards at the national and Arab levels in several fields. Her hobbies include reading, public speaking, learning languages, drawing, and painting.

Born in the city of Al Ain in 2009. She achieved the first place at the national level in the 2022 Young Trainer competition. She has participated in various community volunteer activities, and her skills include drawing, reading, cooking, skiing, volunteering, and conducting diverse workshops. She is also passionate about expressive reading for children.

Fatema is interested in innovative business and community development. She has numerous achievements and the ability to design, implement, and develop innovative growth plans for the service sector and community development. She holds a Master of Executive Management and a Diploma of Government Innovation Expertise, in addition to a Diploma of the Fundamentals of Social Work.
